This place is the real deal. Our group was led by John, Luke and Emma who were experts - very personable,... knowledgeable and professional. It's a very scenic course nestled high above a beautiful tree canopy with great views of the Smokies. My 11-yr old son and I had never ziplined before and had an absolute blast. I love that this place isn't a theme park with cheesy souvenirs and greasy concessions, but rather an honest no-frills forest adventure experience. They seem like a great organization. We were both a little nervous but after the first zip line it was a blast. Had a blast zip lining in the Smokey mountains! Highlighy suggest CLIMB Works Smoky Mountains they accommodated me and... my feeding tube. I didn’t think I was going to be able to go because I called other zip lining places and they said no and no accommodations can be made! Not only did they accommodate me but our tour guys were absolutely amazing (and funny!) Daniel, Liz and Charis are the best. And shout out for Beth for also being amazing. She’s the one I spoke to about the accommodations and she just made me feel so welcome and reassured me that she would make something happen. I am grateful for this crew for making me feel as “normal” as possible and not allowing my disability to stop me from living my life to the fullest! WE HAD SO MUCH FUN!!! My family is visiting from out of state on a lil vacation and all ages of our group had a blast!!... The kids and some parents were kinda nervous— but the guides knew their stuff!
