What started as a small zipline tour in the Smoky Mountains has grown into something much bigger—two unforgettable destinations, a design and build team shaping experiences around the world, and a relentless pursuit of improvement that touches everything we do. We create experiences that bring people together, push boundaries, and inspire connection—with nature, with others, and with themselves.
About Our Locations
Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Tucked into the edge of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this is where CLIMB Works began. It's a place rich in Appalachian history, surrounded by dense forest and mountain views that seem to stretch forever. Here, you'll find an experience that's both wild and welcoming—full of sky bridges, soaring lines, and stories of the land beneath your feet.
North Shore, O'ahu, Hawai'i
On the other side of the map is our course on the North Shore of O'ahu, where adventure meets the aloha spirit. Built on a working farm and designed to showcase Hawai'i's deep roots and sweeping ocean views, this course blends culture, beauty, and thrill into one unforgettable ride. No matter which location you visit, the goal is the same: to help you CLIMB.

Design That Goes Beyond The Ride
We didn't stop at building our own zipline tours—we wanted to help others create unforgettable experiences too. CLIMB WorksDesign is our design/build arm that creates adventure courses around the world. From concept to construction, we focus on creating flow, storytelling, and connections to the natural environment—every course designed to feel like it belongs exactly where it is.
Innovation in Safety
Over the years, we saw ways to make ziplining even better—and safer. So we engineered our own braking systems to give guests smoother rides, more confidence, and even more fun. When something didn't exist that met our standards, we built it ourselves.

Safety isn't a feature—it's the foundation. When we couldn't find a braking system that met our standards, we engineered our own. Hackwell Innovations was born out of a desire to make ziplining safer, smoother, and more intuitive. These braking products are now used around the world and continue to evolve as we test and improve them in our own operations every day.
Software That Simplifies Operations
Managing adventure operations is no small task, so we created a software platform that could actually keep up. Singenuity is our own in-house system that handles scheduling, waivers, guest management, and more. We built it first for ourselves—but now, it's helping others in the industry run their attractions more smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

From the outside, it might look like we run zipline tours—but it's always been about more than that. We're builders, creators, problem solvers. We never stop asking, how can this be better? Whether it's rethinking how a guest interacts with a platform or designing the next piece of software to streamline the experience, we're always working behind the scenes to raise the bar.
